A house whose walls embrace intimate encounters

This iconic mansion in the Colonia Juaréz neighborhood is another wonderful example of Porfiriato architecture. Its large French facade with imposing windows and large gate, protect the interior from the exterior, making us discover once we cross the threshold of the entrance, one of the most peaceful courtyards of the city. The 3 wings of the house and its elevated terrace perfectly frame this open space. A wall with hanging gardens and a jacaranda tree accentuate the fabulous interplay of stonework on its floors, which matches the intricate marquetry of the wood floors inside.

A large living room inside, huge rooms and a service area make this place the perfect setting for the celebration of all kinds of events. From art exhibitions to celebrations.

Its impeccable remodeling makes it easy to imagine what this elegant house built in 1906 was like. However, for many decades it had other uses, and was in ruins during some years of abandonment. Its original program dialogues with the saturated agenda it currently has.
