Lucy's interest in microorganisms arose in college when she observed life through a microscope. She understood that there are entire universes that we live with on a daily basis that we are not aware of.

Taller vivo is a laboratory of fermented foods and beverages that focuses on introducing foods and beverages made from ingredients that favor our life and that of the microorganisms that inhabit us.

Their production is made on a small scale to bring the consumer closer to the fermentation process. They offer workshops on kombucha, kefir, kimchi and other fermented products; their kombucha is sold and distributed in restaurants, bars and private events.
